The Haakshield Strength Conditioning System

The Haakshield Strength Conditioning System is a proven way to improve your strength, stamina, and condition your muscles for extended and increased power... from home.

Phase 1:
Getting your body ready! In this phase you train every muscle group. 3 Levels of timed weight lifting sets all organized into Rounds. As your train your body through hitting goal weight, timing, and difficulty levels; over time your body gets put in a better than average condition with an increase in power and stamina.

Phase 2:
Maintain and Hone your skill! After completing Phase 1 and the 3 levels, phase 2 is about honing your skills while maintaining the condition your in. Through a change in strength conditioning your muscles wont get used to the workouts therefore preventing a plateau in your training caused by muscle memory. While conditioning continues the Routines to improve Defense, Countering, Clinching, and Striking are started.

Phase 3:
Begins The Haakshield Fighting System.

But of course we're not going to tell you all the details about how it works, like reps, sets, times, weight, when, how, and how long, because that's our secret. :)

How do we know this works?
From the time Will started to completing Level 2 Phase 1, he had an Strength increase of 54%, Speed increase of 56%, and Stamina increase of 58%.  His body weight increased by 2%, while his body fat percentage dropped 1.5%, that means he built muscle while burning fat.  But that also depends on his diet.  Even while he was on a crappy "eat whatever is around" diet, his still lost body fat!

Dustin started the System when he was at 19.1% body fat, currently after completing all of Phase 1 and all 3 levels, he is now at 16.9% in 3 weeks.  Another 3 weeks of that and Dustin will be ripped and could get as low as 13%!

Improvements in 2 different kinds of metabolisms and body chemistry and even with a poor diet.
